PRODUCTION ITENERARY

A job is smooth sailing when everything is organized. Our team will coordinate with you to make this typically difficult processes as easy as possible.

1) Declutter & Clean

Start by clearing out the kitchen and box anything but the bare essentials. The kitchen is the “showroom” for the house and, at times, can be the room that makes or breaks the deal.

The living room is the next on the list. Remove everything besides furniture and lamps, vacuum, dust and clear everything accessible. Now do the same for every other room. Treat your house as a store front that will be expecting a crowd of eager customers you will be “WOW-ED” by your showing.

2) The House is a Showroom

Now that you’ve cleaned and decluttered the house, you’ll either need to stage it yourself or maybe consider bringing in a professional staging company. While you may cringe at the price of a stager, you may want to consider treating your house like a business. Will you invest $500 to $1,500 to make your showroom look amazing to sell? According to research, staged homes can fetch an offer 1.5% higher from buyers than vacant houses!

3) Coordinate with your Crew!

Once the cleaning has been completed and the house staged, we are ready to bring in the production crew. Your coordinator will contact you to schedule a date and time for the shoot. Once that has been set, we will notify our staff and schedule it for all involved to see.

Many of our shooters have experience with larger projects such as movie making and commercial work so they will ensure the work is done up to a very high standard.

4) Day of the Shoot

When the crew arrives, they will need a small space to prepare and store all their gear. To have a designated space will mean the house will be clear of lights, cords and miscellaneous equipment.

The shoot itself should take around 2 to 3 hours for a 3,000 to 4,000 square foot house. This will include photos, video, 3D Tours and drone aerial shots. It would be better if the house was vacant during the process.

Once completed, the full review of the content and publishing will be completed in 2 to 3 business days depending on edits.
